The Mill Room is delighted to host Chef Igor Bocchia, chef-owner of Stelle di Monte, a charming boutique hotel nestled in the rolling hills of Montepulciano, Tuscany. This exclusive culinary event will feature an extraordinary menu highlighting the authentic flavors and signature dishes of Tuscany.

Known for his thoughtful approach to Italian cuisine, Chef Bocchia brings his expertise to Virginia for a series of tasting menus featuring the bold, earthy allure of black truffles, estate olive oil from Stella di Monte and the rustic elegance of Tuscan flavors.

The Mill Room Guest Chef

Igor Bocchia grew up in the picturesque mountains near Venice, where his culinary journey began under the mentorship of Michelin-starred chefs. Over the course of his 30-year career, he honed his craft in five-star luxury hotels across Europe, Oceania, Asia and Africa. After 15 years abroad, Igor returned to Italy, bringing with him a wealth of global culinary skillsets. Combining his extensive experience, love for cooking, and creativity, Igor delights his guests with exceptional dishes that are often perfectly paired with fine wines.

This collaboration with The Mill Room showcases Chef Bocchia’s mastery of Italian cuisine, rooted in authenticity and crafted with a thoughtful, regional touch. A presto!
