Resort Drone & Photo Policies

No Drone Zone

To ensure the privacy, safety and comfort of all our guests, taking off or landing your drone from Boar’s Head Resort property is not permitted. This policy applies to all recreational and commercial drone pilots. 

If you are an FAA-certified remote pilot with Part 107 certification and wish to request an exception, please contact Joe Hanning.

Photography On the Resort

We frequently receive requests to use our resort grounds for smaller photo sessions (such as senior or couples photos). As a general rule, we permit small-scale photography in our outdoor spaces. To preserve the privacy and tranquility of our guests, we restrict large photoshoots that involve more than six people or require extensive lighting and equipment setups.

All photoshoots must take place outdoors in open spaces and avoid any special events, group gatherings, and hotel guests. Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.
