At The Sports Club

The Aquatics Center at The Sports Club is the perfect locale for lap swimmers or hotel guests to relax and enjoy an ideal poolside Charlottesville getaway.

Equipped with three separate pools and water features, guests have the option of relaxing in style under a private cabana or stretch out and enjoy the warm sun on a luxurious lounger.

Poolside service is provided seasonally by Aqua Poolside Food & Drink offering a diverse menu of festive fare and age-appropriate drinks. For a bird’s-eye view, perch yourself high atop the Aqua rooftop terrace that’s also reservable for groups or family outings.

Whether you're looking to take a refreshing dip, bask in the sun on our comfortable loungers, swim a few laps or enjoy a cocktail from the seasonal Aqua Poolside Food & Drink, our Charlottesville pool has something for everyone.

Competition Pool

The Competition Pool is an 8-lane, 25-yard lap pool with adjustable lane lines. The competition pool includes backstroke flags and swim team diving blocks.

This pool is open to members, resort guests and also plays home to all of our Boar's Head youth swim team members.

Zero-Entry Pool

The Zero-Entry pool is a walk-in, zero-depth pool that gradually deepens to three feet. The waterslide is a one-story high, closed-flume slide which ends in a 3.5’ deep catch pool. The catch pool leads into a lazy river moving water feature with an island.

Two family-sized cabanas are available for reservation by calling the Sports Club front desk at (434) 972-2235 or email scfd@BoarsHeadResort.com.
