Private Pool Rentals

For parties or just an added level of privacy and relaxation, our Aquatics Center at The Sports Club offers cabana rentals or private access to the Rooftop Terrace above Aqua Poolside Food & Drink. Our Resort Pool that's adjacent to The Spa also offers cabana rentals. 

Reserving Your Space

Members can reserve through Club Automation and hotel guest can call our Sports Club: (434) 972-2235. There is a 24-hour cancellation notice for a full refund. 

AQUATIC CENTER CABANA RENTAL

The Aquatics Center cabanas have a maximum capacity of eight people per cabana and come with a dedicated server for easy access to all of our food and beverage offerings. Larger groups may rent both cabanas when available.

FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUM 

  • Monday-Thursday $250; Friday-Sunday $300; holidays are an additional $100  
  • Price does not include tax and gratuity. There is a 20% gratuity added.
  • Guest fees are not included ($10 per person if nota family member)

SCHEDULE 

  • Monday - Saturday: 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. &  4 - 8 p.m. 
  • Sunday 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. & 3 - 7 p.m. 

Each rental includes towel service, a refrigerator with bottled water, flavored seltzer waters and a bowl of fruit.

ROOFTOP Terrace

The Rooftop Terrace has a maximum capacity of 20 people and comes with a dedicated server for easy access to all of our food and beverage offerings. Take advantage of elevated views and shade provided by oversized umbrellas. 

PRICE 

  • Monday-Thursday $100 per hour; Fri-Sun $150/per hour; holidays additional $100  
  • There is a two-hour minimum, and guest fees are included.
  • Price does not include tax and gratuity. There is a 20% gratuity added.
