Boar's Head Resort is partnering with Turntable for an Epicurean event showcasing the extraordinary cuisine of the Basque Country. The strong and vibrant flavors from the land in southern France and northern Spain are filled with tradition and gastronomic history. Guests can expect pintxos and cured meat, traditional Bacaloa with paella, and of course, the famous Basque cheesecakes. Wash this delightful cuisine down with a crisp glass of Txakoli. On egin!
